Mirror Warning improved current road reflecting mirror which is placed in the narrow alleys like narrow crossroads, T intersections and the factory lanes for dumper. In those areas, it is easy for drivers to neglect the suddenly coming cars then causing accidents. In addition to cars, passengers and cyclists are also in highly danger when the reflecting mirror didn’t do well on its job. Current reflecting mirror has several issues such as perform worse in daylight comparing to at night. The Mirror Warning uses convex lens that provides wider visual angel. Furthermore, it has infrared ray vehicle detector and can recognize moving object. By increasing the initiative in reflecting mirror, Mirror Warning was expected to prevent traffic incident effectively. This design was awarded iF Design Talent Award 2017.
