Taipei Tech, Audi sign MOU on vehicle technology

Signing Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, with German vehicle brand Audi, Taipei Tech prepares to contribute its R&D resources to foster academia-industry cooperation as well as international exchange.

The signing ceremony was held on March 5, 2018. In addition to representatives from both sides, distinguished guests including Ministry of Science and Technology Deputy Minister Hsu Yu-Chin and Taipei City Government Department of Economic Development Commissioner Lin Chung-chieh were also invited to the event.

In the initial stage of cooperation, Taipei Tech will assist Audi in start-up consulting and exhibition space organization. In the future, collaboration will be focus on car related technologies that meet market needs, including but not limited to speech recognition data base and new fuel cell.

Taipei Tech president Wang Sea-fue believed that this cooperation between Audi and Taipei Tech will enrich R&D product both in quality and quantity. President Wang also encouraged and welcomed enterprises that are looking for high-speed growth to become Taipei Tech’s partner.
