Taipei Tech career expo attracts over 120 enterprises for talent hunt

Taipei Tech Career Expo attracts more than 120 enterprises that are seeking talents on campus. Nearly 6,000 job vacancies are expected to be released on the one-day event. Many well-known companies such as Amazon, TSMC, Hon Hai, and LARGAN Precision all participate. It is a great chance for students to learn more information about firms, job requirement and other valuable information before entering the work force. Amazon also holds a recruitment orientation exclusively for Taipei Tech.

It is also worth mentioned that 19% of participated companies are foreign companies this year. And this ratio sets a new record in Taipei Tech’s career expo history.

In speaking of the type of opening, software engineer, engineer, management associate, and automation R&D talents are major positions companies looking for in this year’s Career Expo.

Taipei Tech president Sea-fue Wang noted that Taipei Tech listed computer programming and internship as requirements for graduation. We also encourage students to utilize our second specialty program resource in order to their competitiveness. In addition to career expo, 26 recruitment orientations on campus that aim to create more job opportunities for students will be held during March 21 to 29.
