We were able to move up 150 spots from last year, and are ranked 551-600 in the 2013 QS World University Rankings. Head of QS Intelligence Unit, Ben Sowter, stated that in an increasingly competitive environment internationally, maintaining or keeping close to a previous position is an achievement in itself. With only 14 universities in Taiwan listed in the 2013 QS World University Rankings, Taipei Tech is still able to be listed for the first time and achieve an outstanding position.
