1111 Job Bank conducted this survey to learn about employers' experiences in hiring college students and what they're looking for when hiring. In this survey, enterprises expressed willingness to give job offers to those who show activeness and positive thinking. Also, candidate who is responsible and good at self-management will be considered competitive during interviews. Stress resistance and emotional management are the two things that employers looking for when hiring people.

National Taiwan University and Fu Jen University is the most favorite university among public and private universities in this survey.

1111 Job Bank indicated that if applicants could break the stereo-type of low stress resistance and low flexibility, then they might have better chance of standing out among others.
