Higher education in Indonesia made efforts to enhance the quality of human resources (HR), among others, by doing a variety of collaborative activities. Examples Polytechnic Creative Media (PoliMedia) with two universities in Taiwan, namely the National Taipei University of Technology and the National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology.
