Taipei Tech builds an official partnership with Tohoku University (TU) in Japan in November 2019. TU stands out as the 82nd best university in the world and the 43rd best in material science by QS ranking, and is believed to be one of the Taipei Tech’s staunchest allies in the academia.

“We’ve sought to build a deeper educational link with Taipei Tech after the first co-hosted international conference on new materials at Taipei Tech last year,” said Dr. Ono Hideo, President of TU. “The partnership with Taipei Tech is expected to have more opportunities on students and faculty exchange and research cooperation.”
