Taipei Tech at Taipei Cultural Passport 2016 press conference

The Department of Cultural Affairs, Taipei City held a press conference for the announcement of Taipei Culture Passport 2016 release on August 2. Starts from 5, August, over 40 activities including lectures, workshops, and tours etc. will be held across Taipei. Many important guests that stand for 7 dimensions of life including Chii-Ruey Lin, Vice President of Taipei Tech were invited to attend the press conference.
When audience were enjoy the opening performance of Robotic Girl, few will noticed the fact that their clothes and violin were all designed and manufactured by 3D printer from i-Foundry at Taipei Tech.
Pei-Ni Hsie, Commissioner of Department of Cultural Affairs, noted that culture is not only a soft power but also a solid theory. The combination of technology and music in the opening performance is a good example.
